你可以试试 iMessage + Claude Code Bridge 。在你的 macbook 里安装 claude code ，之后部署了一个 Python 脚本监听 iMessage （ chat.db ），收到消息后调用 claude -p 处理，再通过 AppleScript 把回复发回 iMessage 。用 iPhone 通过 iMessage 直接对话，不需要装额外 App ，而且支持图片识别（ Claude Code 的 Read 工具可以读取图片）。只要 claude code 后台常驻，随时可用。

可以看看 ollama cloud ，可以调用国内外的开源模型，注册之后有免费额度。你可以先试试开源的模型是否合适，之后再考虑购买套餐。
