个人觉得这几点都很中肯，尤其 2 和 5 ，可能也跟我这几年的体验有关系吧。
我一直在一个部门干了将近 4 年，这个部门属于公司内的数据平台，近几年没什么新的业务进来，作为一个大头兵也没拿到什么绩效。去年公司内部有 AI 岗位的内部转岗，我当时还犹豫了一下，甚至觉得转岗是不是对当前岗位的背叛。但是当我知道今年热门业务部门的绩效普遍比我们高时我就意识到我还是天真了。现在我才明白，审时度势确实应该是能力之一。之前没经历过，真的经历过才算真的明白了。

@waterlaw 业务肯定是第一的，主要是手里现在也没啥新的业务，或者说不是公司内的热门业务，高不成低不就的感觉
