王自如在评测2.0发布会上说的一句话我印象很深刻，他想改变评测行业，哪怕只能改变那么一点点的美好。我没有从一开始持续关注王自如4年的经历，但从去年到现在，在看过《脸谱》的报道后真心希望他们能走得更远，他所最求的梦想或者说用数据去量化客观评测也恰好折射到我们大多数人自己的生活和工作

根据楼主所说的技术发展来谈银行的IT部

1. 无论去哪家银行首选一定是总行；
2. 不同部门不同岗位待遇相差未必很大但环境和能力要求真不一样；

你选择银行，首先要考虑的是适应体制内的工作，平衡自己的心态，这里未必有BAT的牛人多，但技术永远都在进步，保持学习的积极性在我看来更加重要
