@iyear 是校招，今年大厂 30w 都是低档了，21k*14 劝退价……

@statement 对的，这种情况就非常尴尬，高薪招进来结果没过试用期被辞退，出去之后由于经验不足，很难找到和校招一样的薪资了，要是难以接受降薪，那就更难找新的工作了

@leonme 不矛盾啊，前几天开出来的基本都是 21k*15 ，还有 19k 强力劝退的
今天看到很多 sp 都开出 27k+了
还有今年的签字费默认是 1w ，但是可以 argue 到三个月工资+1w
