静态资源走 cdn，API 的话可以考虑部署东京节点试试速度，这样后端数据好同步。
如果想长期发展国内业务，建议还是都搬进去，做好长远打算。

找到自己焦虑的原因，列一些可执行的计划 试着去缓解这些焦虑，这样让自己保持一个好的精神状态，是保证睡眠好的关键，再有就是平时多一些锻炼，调节身体。
