帝都移动跟联通简直不互通。。。。。

我前几个月打算转网到联通，后来没转，改成了 300 打一年的，宽带降到了 100M ，就算了吧，公网 V4 也没啥大用。V6 可以 prefix hint ，也挺好。
最重要是这条宽带我现在也基本不用了。跨网限速太狠了。

10086 给回复了，说 0 元 IP 公网地址业务得是千兆宽带才能办。。。

看你重装系统都不行，看来可能不只是文件系统的问题了。。。

硬盘变只读，去下载个 systemrescue ,做成启动盘，然后进去修复一下文件系统试试。
