很能理解 op ，上上份工作，在线 oncall ，有问题大半夜都要爬起来处理，就怕 at,就怕有问题，严重的时候手抖的厉害。后面换了份不 oncall 在线服务的工作，心态上好很多，不过非工作时间也没人找。

没有，一般 4 5 个子任务一起跑，拆分不同的任务给 ai 来做，然后 review 方案，没问题就让 ai 去实现，几个任务都阶段性完成，再让 ai 去测试。
