Due to this breach we are halting access to the API immediately for the organization Personal. Common reasons for breach include violations of our content policy, repeated attempts at disallowed use-cases, or accessing the API from an unsupported location. You may also wish to review our Terms of Use.
If you believe this is in error and would like to appeal, please contact us through our help center. We will review appeals within one business day and will contact you if we reinstate access to the API.

官方的 chatgpt 也可以正常问答。

open ai 的 try chatgpt 页面一般翻墙已经打不开了, 本来想搞个国外的云主机直接远程浏览的, 但是昨晚 new bing 可以用了, 就干脆先用着 new bing 了

可能是因为使用香港节点调用 api 导致的，香港不在 open ai 的服务区域中
