这里说一个很傻 X 的操作,我原先并不知道账单地址是什么?以为是他要寄账单给我的地址,就随便在 Amazon.com 填了记录在电脑浏览器的一个转运地址。然后一登录都是:

昨天又打了一次中亚客服,客服给我了一个邮箱 [email protected] ,我继续说明了情况,然后收到了这样一封邮件。

但是我的账号是登陆不了,提供不了信息,只能在邮件说明但是好像还是不行,昨晚又收到一封一样的回信。
想请教各位老哥的问题:
- 账号还是能解封吗?
- 客服中提到的账单地址和姓名我要给中文还是英文,我找建行客服要英文地址,她们说没有,所以我就都给了,但是这好像并不起到任何作用。
- 账号解封不了,礼品卡是不是没了。。。
美亚的账号没买过东西,在德亚买过 Kindle 和礼品卡(还有印度客服确认是不是我本人购买)。
