我已经把提前三天通知用户下一次扣款日的功能加上了,以后的如果再出现这样的用户,我应该不会再退款了。

However, it's my fault that forgets to remind the user about they next billing day
in advance, this leads your forget to unsubscribe before the bill day?
Not worry, I have refunded your money, removed your credit card and add
a new feature that email the user 3 days advance before the subscription renews.
What more I give you a lifetime subscription with zero charges as the remediation.
