@Arguments 风险率算 15%吧，偶尔有亏本，只是周期太长，1 年多以上。等不住。宁愿只拿死工资，不然总感觉搞得像是我自己的项目一样操心。

@withoutxx 你比我们多。我们项目基本不出现问题，偶尔出问题，成本多了。只是周期真太长了，1 年多以上。等不住。

@idragonet 不太会超过，就算超过，一年也就一两次，就算每年 3w ，平均工资也就 10k 。
