这 blog 里的 Alt-Svc header 写法有点老了，h3 改成 h3-29 应该就好了；几个月前架过玩，会显 quic

理论上可以交一个 PR 让 TG Desktop qtbase 在英文（非中韩日）系统语言下也用简中字体列，但过 review 的希望可能不大（目前默认是日文字体列）:

我直接 patch 掉了 Qtbase 的 `GetUserDefaultLangID` syscall，保证优先使用中文字体集（雅黑 UI ），即使 user default langid 是非简体中文。虽然不是 FontMod 任意替换字体，但也比优先用日本字体歪歪扭扭的强得多。
