Syncthing 有没有限制同时上传或写入的参数

    感觉这里应该有大佬研究过，新装了 3 台机器的 Syncthing ，但发现上传下载的时候都是同时 2 个文件传输。感觉不如传输一个快，毕竟是机械硬盘。
    版本 v1.23.6, Windows (64-bit Intel/AMD)
