这几天收到 Openai 的扣款邮件，提示说 [您的卡已被拒绝。]
不知道是不是 dupay 的问题，还是我绑定的问题，之前有绑定过，扣了 5 美元，后来又退回来。
请问哪位有遇到过怎么办呢？
换新的虚拟卡？还是得找个渠道办一张？香港的卡可以吗？

联系 dupay 的客服，让我去联系 openai 的客服，并告诉对方说余额充足。
"I hope this email finds you well. I received a recent invoice from OpenAI for a payment that I am unable to process. I attempted to pay using my card, with the card number 5319 9373 9806 0598, which has sufficient funds. However, the payment was declined. I am reaching out to seek your assistance in resolving this issue and processing the payment for this order. Please let me know what steps I can take to ensure that the payment goes through successfully."
结果联系后 openai 那边让我去联系卡商，都不知道应该找谁解决。
"We sincerely apologize that your card is being declined. Unfortunately, we don't have much information as to why this is happening and we can't push this payment through from our end. We recommend reaching out to your financial institution or credit card provider for further assistance. Alternatively, you can try using a different payment method as well."
不知道 onekey 的卡是否可以解决这个问题？

顺便问一下，哪位有第三方 chatgpt 的接口推荐呢？价格如果相差不是很多的话，就懒得去办 onekey 的卡了。

按客服的意思，ip 也会有影响，不只是付款卡片的问题。
不过 dupay 他们上个月瘫痪了几乎一整月，就很尴尬。 也可以了解下 onekey： https://card.onekey.so/?i=SY41U6 最好还是使用自己的卡 |

@go522000 onekey 这边说是卡里也有至少 5 美元才能支付绑定 api ，但是也有人无法支付 可能和 IP 有关系；另外只能用美国卡 别用香港。
