ps:现在注册美区 paypal 太麻烦了 ，买的美区 paypal 号，跟 paypal 号有关系吗？

要办全币种国际信用卡，一般都是终身免年费的，中行，招行都有

我用美区 paypal 绑定招行的美国运通卡，让我验证，然后出现了。
