型号 macbook m1 pro 16G/512G ，今天轻度使用 swap 平均在 6G 左右，关闭了 spotlight ，icloud

仅 1 天又新增了 1.7T ，我决定明天咨询下苹果了，看下能不能解决

血的教训：日常依赖 swap 的用户，intel 转过来千万注意加大内存选购了

update 下, 进过各种排除法，最后定位到是 Chrome 占用了比较多内存, 而且内存都频繁在读写导致 swap 读写量很大。
解决方案：
安装页面休眠插件，The Great Suspender 现在解决了

@jfdnet 我怀疑过被使用，但是我观察了 1 小时差不多写入 400G ，可能和我使用习惯有关系
swap 很大有 14G 多，10 核心内存 16G 的版本

@deplivesb 只看通电时间 74 小时差不多的，至于 Unsafe Shutdowns 可能是有 2 个晚上，没插电源忘了关电脑，早上就没电了（没开屏幕休眠）

64G 首发 m1 max, 读写只有 8T, power cycles 400, on hours 269, 平时 swap 为 0, 内存占用常年 20-30G, 总是开着一个 16G 内存的 windows11 虚拟机
unsafe shutdown 37 感觉除了几次连显示器 DCP panic 就是玩 asahi linux 死机强制重启
开机 1 天 launchd 写入 37G, Firefox 写入 17.8G, kernel_task 写入 8.3G, Windows 11 虚拟机写入 6.3G

主控都是苹果自家的，人家爱怎么统计怎么来。有可能是把 swap 进 slc 区块的数据也算在 tlc 上了，硬盘可不仅只有模拟 slc 加速，定制颗粒完全可以搞一大块物理 slc ，又没人规定非要区分统计同一块颗粒上的 tlc slc 写入量，真有什么集体故障未来也会召回展开维修计划，何必月经。。

上个 mbp 2018 款的用了大概 3 年吧, 才发现 ssd 是 44% 损耗了，速度下降很多。
m1 pro 毕竟想多用几年...

@antfinworker 讲道理 mac 的 ssd 速率上的调教是比较激进的，有理由认为就算降速也还是相当“可用”的，另外可以查一查 mac 的 ssd 采用的是哪个厂商的，都会有担保写入量（这个值相当保守，写到这个量也不一定坏，只是不再保证数据绝对安全）
