你别接网线，路由器上的线拔光，然后不停的 ping 网关，看效果。再逐渐插满线

以前遇到过由于附近 wifi 的 channel 相同 /相近造成干扰，换个 channel 立马好了。
无线路由一般能自动选 chanel，但不一定合适。
