关于godaddy的0.9刀域名的一些技巧

我不知道算不算，反正就总结一下了。
有人说国际VISA不可以买，也有人说不能买的。
有人说疼迅的运通卡买不了，有人说买得了。

下面是我的情况：
国际VISA买不了，于是去开通了一个疼迅的运通
结果，还是没买成。

刚刚成功了，操作方法如下：
重新注册一个邮箱，gmail或者yahoo.co.jp
注册信息填写国外的信息。或者运通支付帐单上的信息。
然后，挂上美国的威屁恩。
然后，就没有然后了。一切正常！

前两天收到函，封杀了我用腾讯运通卡注册的域名。

咋办？！

函如下：
