是这样的，我想试试 Google Device Policy，结果设置 Work Profile 的时候要求我加密才行。我不太想加密，而且这个 ROM 貌似有 Bug，无法加密（目前还没取 Logcat ），问下有没有方法 / Xposed 模块能 bypass 这个要求？多谢。

解决了，将 persist.sys.no_req_encrypt prop 设置为 true 即可，需要 Root。出处： Utils
