npm 卡在 GET 进行不下去

大家好。我在虚拟机里面的 Ubuntu 16.04.1 里面运行 npm install ，都会卡在 GET 那一步。比如，我运行的指令是：

npm install -g cnpm --registry=https://registry.npm.taobao.org --verbose

输出的信息是：

死活卡在最后一行…这可是国内的源呀…不知道是怎么回事…？
