找不到方法 smarty_modifier_capitalize，但是明明有。zendstudio 里面按住 crtl 键能进去这个模板里面的方法。

今天调试 php 的时候，刚学到那个 smarty 模板的使用，其中有个变量调节器的示例代码（我在培训机构的 ftp 上面下载的），调试的时候发现不能运行，报错如下（那种黄颜色的在网页上面的报错）：

我在 zendstudio 里面按住 crtl 键能进去这个模板里面的方法，但是运行起来却找不到，这是为什么啊？？？？
