求助， Brackets 的插件怎么装不上？

大神帮忙，小弟刚学 html 搜到一个 brackets 软件，结果按照网上的说法装插件怎么装都是错误，联网连不上，要不直接拖 zip 也不行， mac win 下都一样这咋回事？求助谢谢！
