默认提速到 100M ，时间是 300000 分钟。所以一个月执行一次就够了。有需要可以自己修改

我这里记住的自己在路由器上拨号的 adsl 的帐号是*[a-z] 这种形式的，而非客户端上看到的 [0-9] 这种形式的。客户端上对[0-9]这种形式只现实了前两位数据和末尾两位数字，中间用 * replace 掉了。 @msdx123 是否有好的方法能获取到？

不过，我看 windows 的官方客户端上现实的还是原来的 15 小时。
这个是说「只是启动了加速功能」？还是说「可以忽略」官方客户端的这个 15 小时的（兑换时间）可以使用 accetime 那么长的时间？

我的意思是如何判断 accetime 这个生效了？
