OS X El Capitan 语音报时失效？

有没有遇到同样情况的，升级到 OS X El Capitan 后，系统自带的语音报时失效，并且一点语音报时的自定义嗓音，系统偏好设置就死掉了。

重装系统 lol 至少我这边 EI 没问题
