这是一个创建于 3363 天前的主题，其中的信息可能已经有所发展或是发生改变。
事情是这样的，我去年11月20号的时候在美国亚马逊预定了2台的Nexus6订单，然后上面的预计发货时间就一直停留在2015年2月份，
订单用的是顺丰海淘的地址，今天发现顺丰海淘坑爹不支持电子产品，所以我改了地址，结果，蛋疼了！！！
原来的预计发货时间没了。又是之前的等待中。。
所以，我担心的问题是：
[之前的订单预定就像排队一样，原来我是在预定队伍的前面，所以有了预计发货时间，然后因为改了地址，变成最后一个人。有可能就没办法在之前那个预计发货时间里面收到货了。。]
现在也不知道怎么向客服提出我的这个担忧。。
下面是和客服的沟通记录：

Alistair:Yes the shipping is determined by the address. if there is a big address change then the shipping date will change.
Me:i have wait so long for those items,i will cry if i need to wait this long again.
So.i just want to know, when will those two order ship.

Alistair:I see that both orders has been marked for a manual review. this means that they have been put in the queue for the delivery date estimate. They will email you very soon. It can take 24 hours to get the email.
I can assure you that they will get back to very soon. The date is not available to me at this time. But very soon you will know the delivery date.
I would expect it in the next 6 hours.
The email I mean.
Please do not worry, we will get your order to you as soon as possible. I will setup a followup for these orders and upgrade your shipping free of charge once a date has been issued. That way we can get you your delivery as soon as we can. Would this be acceptable?

没啥好说的啊，你改地址了，可能地址变动比较大，人家需要人工审核一下，预计到达时间要重新计算，应该几小时内就会有新的预计抵达时间出来。
貌似还给你免了运费，而且如果新的时间出来之后会帮你安排当天发货.... 不是挺好。等着呗 Amazon的客服还是很好的 |

我土鳖没用过Prime，所以不知道交了Prime的钱还要不要收运费了，起码从这句话来看，是客服给你把运费免了，如果有的话。 而且“And you are a Prime member, so you will get free two day shipping already. I can see if the One day shipping is available.” 说Prime是2天发货，给你的订单加快速度一天发货 |
