刚好解决了这个情况，不需要全局开梯子，只要在 vscode 的设置中 搜索 proxy 然后配置 http 代理 然后打开下面的 Http: Proxy Support 然后就可以正常补全了。

用 #10 @limard 的方法奏效了：

1. 把节点从香港切换到了新加坡 (其它没试，但香港的就是不行)
2. 进入 windsurf advanced setting ，搜索 proxy ，打开 "Detect Proxy"

然后我这里代码提示就重新出现了。
