你说反诈吧，这描述看上去也只是国际信用卡风控的标准流程而已。

@jim9606 不会吧，之前注册 aws ，google cloud ，oracle 都不会。前两个注册直接能用，oracle 是有的卡直接让验证失败，不会进去了又要求搞这个东西
