现在看到一个被调用的 tcl 函数，只能用 vscode 的搜索功能，然后找到那个函数定义的地方（但同时你也会看到很多其他调用函数的地方），再点击过去。就很笨。
- 在 Windows 环境使用 vscode 。
- 不需要在 Windows 环境运行 tcl 起来。因为在 Windows 只是写和查看 tcl 函数，运行 tcl 函数的地方在其他环境下。（目前的主要需求是查看）
