个人资料页面BUG

如果没有输入“个人简介”，导致页面HTML生成不一致

输入了“个人简介”：
<div id="Content">
<div class="box">
<div class="cell">
未输入“个人简介”：
<div id="Content">
<div class="box">
<div class="inner">

由于这个div不同，导致样式有些微差别，比如line-height一个是16px一个是13px

好吧，我承认我成天泡在v2ex上面非常无聊，只能找这些bug玩

嗯，二者的 line-height 应该是一样的。

已经修正。
