I am aware that numerous GitHub users have already reported these issues and filed complaints against the "cskefu" repository. However, I believe it is crucial to emphasize the gravity of this situation once again. "Hailiang-wang" and "cskefu" are not only harming individual users but also poisoning the broader GitHub community that we have all worked tirelessly to build and nurture.

I kindly implore GitHub operators to take swift and decisive action to address these issues, protect the privacy of GitHub users, and maintain the integrity of our platform. Specifically, I request that you:

Investigate the spam email activities associated with "hailiang-wang" and take appropriate measures to prevent further incidents.
Enforce community guidelines that promote respectful and constructive interactions among users.
Address the public harassment of "vicviz" and ensure that such behavior is not tolerated on GitHub.
