楼主看 MIT 协议只看自己想看的部分吗，授权的前提大大地写着：

> ...subject to the following conditions:
> The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all
copies or substantial portions of the Software.

也就是说，你没有附带协议声明到你的拷贝中的话，上述授权是不会发生的。也就是说，没有附带协议声明的拷贝是侵权的。
