我在 OD 待过一年，上个月刚离职，真的劝你别去。各种无意义的考试和开发上繁复的流程极大耗费精力，职级比你高的人说话你反驳不了半句，能把软件开发做成劳动密集型行业的也就 hw 了吧。（ PS：现在 OD 转华子已经不可能，去年年中就没这个渠道了）
