BIM 是 Building Information Modeling/Model 的缩写，常译为建筑信息模型/建筑信息建模：用数字化的三维模型把建筑的构件、材料、尺寸、造价、进度等信息整合在一起，方便设计、施工与运维各方协同。（也可泛指“BIM 模型”或“BIM 方法”。）
