socialoauth是python的OAuth2基础库，支持8大国内网站
现在已经更新到 0.3.0，
这是一次大更新，大幅降低了使用难度，同时也修改了配置文件格式，所以与老项目并不兼容.
直接用pip安装
pip install socialoauth
